I have to admit that I'm really frustrated about this. I walked into art today and found a sincere note (I'm not being sarcastic) attached to my canvas from someone apologising for what they did to it. I looked down and saw that they somehow splashed diluted purple and blue paint over a pretty big portion of painting zzz.
I guess I was lucky because the splashes match the colour scheme but urgh, I just really wanted the painting to be a series of horizontal or verical lines with a section of organic shapes in the center. I can't paint over it because the texture I used is too difficult to recreate and I can't rub it out or else I'll damage the paint underneath it.
Ah well, I have a week to work with it. Hopefully it'll be okay.
